Film in Morninside Park Tonight Friday, July 18, 2008!

• The Cultural Services of the French Embassy and the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation have joined forces to show recent, critically acclaimed French movies in Harlem’s parks this July. The sub-titled screening of "Nha Fala (My Voice, My Life, My Destiny)" will take place at sunset (around 8.30 p.m.) in front of the pond in Morningside Park at 114th Street and Morningside Ave. and will be free of charge.

Paper Bag Players in Morningside Park Saturday, July 19, 10:30am

• The Paper Bag Players will be repeating their incredibly well received show "On Top of Spaghetti" which was performed today, Friday July 18 at 10:30am. The Saturday show will be at the same time and place - in front of the pond at 114th Street and Morningside Ave.

Historic Harlem Parks Film Festival Comes To Morningside Park

Farmers' Market

• Every Saturday 9am - 5pm. Rain or Shine through late November at the entrance to the park at 110th Street and Manhattan Ave. The Market now boasts a vendor of organic nuts and another with a fabulous selection of meats as well as ever popular vendors that provide a full complement of fruits, vegetables and baked goods. Stop by and check it out.
